Ballarat Events & Convention Centre boasts an enviable ‘all-in-one’ location for your next event.

Our seven versatile function rooms cater to various event sizes and styles, ensuring that we can accommodate the unique vision of each event.

We offer a stunning indoor/outdoor venue, providing a beautiful backdrop for events, conferences, product launches, ceremonies and receptions.  Our range of seven function spaces is designed to accommodate gatherings of various sizes, from intimate gatherings of 20 people to our expansive convention centre capable of hosting up to 600 guests.

We are just over an hour to Melbourne, and only a short taxi or bus ride from Ballarat Train Station.

With seven acres of picturesque landscape, we offer a stunning outdoor wedding venue, providing a beautiful backdrop for ceremonies and receptions. Our outdoor, fairy lit chapel is nestled amongst our gardens. With lake views from some rooms and functions spaces, we offer you the experience you deserve.

The Victoria Room One offers swathes of natural light, French doors that open out onto the hotel deck and the open fireplace, which will warm up your guests in winter.  Or, on those long summer nights, open the doors and step out onto the hotel deck. 

As with all of our meeting spaces, state-of-the-art audio and visual systems, including high definition projectors, are included.
